To ensure our customers receive the most accurate and competitive pricing based on current market conditions and specific order requirements, we follow an inquiry-based system. This allows us to respond with the latest availability and best possible price before the order is finalized.
What is the duration required to respond to an inquiry sent through the website?

We usually get back to you within a few minutes to a day with the details about the product’s availability and price.

If it takes a little longer, it’s only because we’re checking stock or confirming the latest rates — but we always try to reply as quickly as possible!

While almost all our products are safe for end use, we do not provide guidance or instructions on how to use them. Customers are requested to ensure they are aware of the product they are purchasing and its intended use.
Can Amruth Kesari Depot arrange goods not displayed on the website?
Yes, we can procure or arrange goods that are not listed on our website. Such arrangements are subject to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements and may require additional time for procurement. These items are supplied only upon full advance payment and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
The herbs showcased on the website appear different from the ones received. Why?

Our website product photos are taken under controlled conditions to give a good idea of how the herbs look. The actual herbs may look slightly different, but this doesn’t affect their quality or effectiveness.

If you believe you have received the wrong product, please send photos of the items. We will verify the images and, if an error has occurred, replace the goods free of charge.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for any herb is 100 grams. There are no additional conditions for shipping, and we will dispatch an order even if it contains only one product of 100 grams.
Can all ordered products be labelled for easier identification?
Yes. We can label all products according to your instructions, provided the labelling details are given at the time of order confirmation. Any other instructions informed at the time of confirmation of the order will also be complied with.
How long does it take to ship the materials after placing an order?

Once we receive payment confirmation, we typically take 1 to 2 business days to process and dispatch the goods ordered by the customer.

Our logistics team ensures that all products are carefully packed and shipped promptly to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the order size, product type, and destination.

Which are preferred modes to ship the ordered goods? Can customers select the service of their choice?

Our preferred shipping partners are Speed Post, The Professional Couriers, and DTDC, as they provide reliable and timely delivery across most regions.

However, we also welcome customer preferences. If a customer wishes to use a specific courier or logistics service, we will inquire about the shipping charges and delivery timelines with the suggested provider and share the details before dispatching the goods.

Are shipping charges included in the prices quoted when an inquiry is sent through the website or WhatsApp?
Shipping costs are not included in our quoted prices unless we clearly mention otherwise when sending your quote.
Does Amruth Kesari ship bulk orders outside of Bengaluru?
Yes, we do! We’ve been shipping bulk quantities (from 50 kg to tons) both within and outside Bengaluru. Since we’re located in the heart of the city near many truck transport warehouses, sending materials anywhere — even in large volumes — is never a problem.
Can orders be sent to a different address than the billing address?
Yes! Just share both your billing and shipping addresses when placing the order, and we’ll make sure your delivery instructions are followed.
Do you ship goods to locations outside of India?
Yes, we can ship goods internationally. Customers are requested to check the rules, policies, duties, and tariffs of their country [destination country] regarding the products of interest. Amruth Kesari Depot is not responsible for goods once they leave our premises and cannot assist if the products are rejected by the customs authorities of the destination country for any reason.
Can we cancel our order after confirming it?

Yes, orders that have not yet been dispatched can be edited or cancelled. However, orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Additionally, any made-to-order products (specifically arranged to meet a customer’s particular requirements) are not eligible for edits or cancellations once confirmed.

Can we return an order after receiving it?
We generally do not accept returns unless there is an error in the order we have shipped. For detailed information on returning goods, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
Does Amruth Kesari Depot offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?
All payments for ordered materials must be made in advance. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment from the customer. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
Can we return an order after receiving it?

Amruth Kesari Depot is a GST-registered entity and provides GST Input Credit in the month following the purchase. Customers are requested to provide their company name and GST number at the time of placing the order.

Please note that GST input requests received after the invoice has been raised cannot be accommodated.
