Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
Any product which you wish to return must be intimated to with the reason[s] for return within 3 days of receiving the product[s]. If our returns team find the reason for return to be genuine and valid, we will inform you about our acceptance for returns within two days of receiving the return request. The materials must be returned to us within two days of receiving the return acceptance message. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email a return request by sending a text or a Whatsapp message to 91-9740301201 or send an email to info@amruthkesari.com. If the return reason is accepted, we will inform you of our acceptance. The material[s] needs to be securely packed along with the proof of purchase and returned to the below address:

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all the return charges. We suggest that you use an efficient service provider which allows you to track the returned goods in real time.
If you have received defective products, then please inform us about the same immediately upon receiving such materials for us to help you with the return
Refunds
We will inspect the goods returned from your side and evaluate it with the reason for return. Upon completion of the inspection and finding it to be genuine case for return, we will also initiate a refund process to the account number you provide within seven working days of receiving the returned goods. We will notify you upon initiating the process and provide you with the transaction ID to corroborate with your bank account statement.
Exceptions
The following materials do not qualify for a return request and hence cannot be returned:
- 1. Food Products such as dried fruits and spices
- 2. Products that were specifically arranged for a customer upon their request
- 3. Powders of herbal raw materials [Fine Powder or Coarse Powder]
- 4. Products marked non-refundable
- 5. Products sold during a sale
- 6. Products purchased by customers using discount or offer coupons
