Shipping and Delivery Options
Shipping Methods
We offer the below mentioned delivery modes to suit the requirements of our customers:
- 1. Pick and Drop [Bengaluru City Only]
- 2. Express Couriers [Bengaluru and Outside of Bengaluru] – 3 to 5 days from the time of booking the courier
- 3. Regular Couriers [Bengaluru and Outside of Bengaluru] – 4 to 7 days from the time of booking the courier
- 4. Bulk Shipments of above 10 Kgs [Bengaluru and Outside of Bengaluru] – 7 to 10 days from the time of booking the courier
- 5. International Couriers – Couriers to be sent outside of India
We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days so that customers can receive their ordered items promptly
In Store pickups
Customers are welcome to visit our store in person and collect their orders by placing the orders prior to visiting us or at the time of the visit. We request the customer’s patience in preparing the order which can vary between 10 minutes to half an hour depending on the number of ordered materials and the availability of those respective materials.
The store timings are between 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM between Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a weekly holiday.
Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays can occur due to various reasons such as logistic challenges, inclement weather, high demand, staff shortage, stock unavailability or carrier issues. We are committed to handling these situations with utmost transperancy and efficiency. In an event of delay, our priority is to keep you informed. We will promptly notify you with updates on the status of your order and expected new delivery time. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so you can plan accordingly.
Understanding the inconvenience caused by delays, we offer options to maintain the customer’s satisfaction. If the order is significantly delayed, you will have the choice to continue with the order, modify it, or cancel for a full refund. Our team will is available at the earlier mentioned working hours for your assistance.
